Overview

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, pioneers technology for mobility experience that matters to people.

Responsibilities

• Act as a digital learning intern in the digital team within the Corporate University, Forvia University.


• Manage the development of digital courses and digital learning paths for a portfolio of internal clients (Forvia Businesses and Functions).


• Participate in the development and marketing of our digital learning platform, reaching our 150,000 employees across the organization.


• Manage relationships with our ecosystem of partners for content production, platform management, new features deployment, and problem solving.


• Work with Forvia regional HR to support local translation and adoption of the platform in our 30+ countries.


• Analyze data and analytics to monitor platform performance and constantly improve usage.


• Spot interesting innovation on the digital learning market and look for internal use cases.


• Manage the full value chain of projects: sale, design, production, quality check, launch, marketing, continuous improvement.


• Manage the network of stakeholders to get projects done: internal subject matter experts at all levels, HR, content and tech teams of external partners, external contributors.

Qualifications

• Studying at Master level.


• Strong background in project management.


• Real taste and expertise for content development, capable of crafting convincing messages.


• Familiar with digital technologies and platforms, technical challenges, and data.


• Strong skills in developing and managing relationships with stakeholders of various levels.


• Proactive, adaptable rapidly, with great client focus to deliver projects efficiently.


• Native or fully fluent English; daily interactions and content are in English.

Compensation

• Master 1: 9.89 € gross per hour.


• Master 2: 11.21 € gross per hour.
