Netcompany in Europe seeks a DevSecOps Engineer to shape secure development across projects. You will implement a DevSecOps strategy, build tooling, and integrate security into the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.

You will monitor performance and security, automate deployments with IaC and containerization, and collaborate with international teams. Excellent English and strong communication are essential for thriving in our multicultural environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps or similar fields.
Strong understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Knowledge of automation tools used to create continuous integration and delivery.
Proficient with DevSecOps tools like Git and GitHub, OpenShift, Helm, Kafka, Istio.
Ability to write and present documents clearly.
Experience in network, server, and application-status monitoring.
Excellent English and ability to work in an international/multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

Implement a DevSecOps strategy and processes for project scope.
Develop tools and infrastructures to support system/component development.
Analyze code and provide reviews to development teams.
Integrate security testing and vulnerability scanning into CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor and analyse system and application performance and security events; coordinate remediation actions.
Automate deployment, configuration, and infrastructure management with IaC and containerization.
