Qualifications

Context Seniority: Between 3 and 6 years The consultant will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of the IT architecture, the provisioning of resources – accounts, servers – and their configuration within a “My Cloud” environment or a Docker virtualized environment.Main Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Tech Lead, the DevOps Engineer will be responsible for: • Scheduling and managing the installation of the new platform; • Ensuring application deployment while strictly adhering to requirements and administration guidelines using XL Deploy and XL Release tools; • Managing and maintaining the infrastructure to guarantee high availability and performance of the environments; • Ensuring platform security by ensuring compliance with security requirements and internal company policies; • Performing all recurring tasks related to the DevOps role: CI/CD pipeline automation, scripting, monitoring, and incident resolution.Infrastructure Deployment and Orchestration – IaaS / PaaS • Proficiency in Cloud environments, ideally of the \"My Cloud\" type or equivalent private/public; • Proficiency in lightweight virtualization with Docker: container creation, volume management, network; • Ability to provision, configure and optimize servers, user accounts and system resources.Deployment Tools – CI/CD • Proficiency in XL Deploy & XL Release for automating, orchestrating, and monitoring application deployments while adhering to pipelines and company standards. Security and Compliance – DevSecOps • Ability to apply security policies: access and identity management, securing network traffic, and managing secrets; • Strict adherence to security guidelines and company administrative standards during deployments. Automation and Scripting – DevOps Culture • Desired knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Ansible and Terraform, for server provisioning; • Proficiency in Bash, Python, or PowerShell scripting languages to automate administrative and operational tasks. Monitoring and Operational Maintenance – MCO • Ability to implement and monitor monitoring tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK, to ensure server and application health.Methodological Expertise and Soft Skills • Collaborative spirit: ability to work in close synergy with the Tech Lead to translate the theoretical architecture into concrete implementation; • Rigor and respect for processes: attention to detail to scrupulously respect administrative requirements and the company's deployment guides; • Priority management / Scheduling: ability to structure, plan and prioritize the different stages of a complex installation ; • Citizen Dev awareness: understanding of the issues related to no-code / low-code platforms: change management, data governance by non-technical profiles.Application: CV + cover letter + copies of diplomas to be sent to [e-mail]
