Job summary

Keoni seeks a Cloud Integration Engineer with Keycloak-IAM expertise to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of identity and access management across client cloud environments.

You will manage Keycloak configuration, security protocols, and integration with Grafana/Prometheus, PostgreSQL, and HAProxy, while participating in Agile ceremonies and mentoring other engineers.

Qualifications

• Proven Linux/Unix Red Hat systems experience.
• Strong programming in at least one language (e.g., Java).
• Experience with Keycloak administration, installation, tuning.
• Experience with cloud architectures and CI/CD workflows.
• Knowledge of security protocols (SAMLv2, OpenID Connect, OAuth2).

# Cloud Integration Engineer – Keycloak-IAM Expert* Cloud Integration Engineer – Keycloak-IAM ExpertCONTEXT: The DevOps/Cloud Integration/IAM Engineer acts as a technical expert within the IT department. They ensure the integration, configuration, and operational maintenance of the Keycloak solution, while guaranteeing its compliance with security and performance requirements. This role combines IAM expertise, mastery of cloud environments and DevSecOps practices, with a strong commitment to supporting project teams and continuous improvement. They contribute to application security, reliable deployments, and the technical consistency of deployed solutions.MISSIONS The objectives of this service are: • Mastery of Linux, Unix, and Red Hat systems • Proven expertise in at least one major programming language (Java, etc.) and good versatility across other environments • Supporting project teams (PTs) in the delivery of their applications to the cloud • Providing support to PTs in case of anomalies during deliveries • Installing, configuring, and adapting the Keycloak solution to client requirements • Integrating and implementing the Technical Department's solutions (Keycloak, Grafana, Prometheus) • Installing and integrating the Technical Department's core components (PostgreSQL, HAProxy) • Ensuring the integration and configuration of solutions in test environments, guaranteeing stability and compatibility between all technical and application components • Configuring software according to functional requirements and ensuring its compatibility with the technical environment • Preparing and monitoring production deployments in coordination with project and production teams . • Gain expertise in relevant GTS infrastructure offerings within this scope • Design test scenarios, select benchmarking tools, and provide a detailed report of results and recommendations • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, steering committees, and technical workshops by contributing technical expertise and recommendations • Promote and ensure the application of IAM best practices within projects and technical teamsEXPECTED RESULTS • Implement the IAM requirements of internal clients and contribute to project deliveries • Communicate any difficulties encountered and proactively propose solutions and continuous improvements • Support the resolution of delivery-related anomalies and propose corrective actions • Design and document manual and automated test scenarios • Analyze, recommend, and implement the scaling of the IAM solution • Ensure the operational maintenance of the IAM solution using automated tools • Participate in continuous improvement by providing constructive feedback • Write and maintain technical documentation • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and project meetings • Track and execute assigned project tasks PROFILERequired Skills and Experience : • Linux, Red Hat & Networking systems • Load balancing (VIP, SLB, HAProxy) • Database management (PostgreSQL and clustering) • Proficiency in distributed and resilient network architectures • Expertise in containerization architectures and continuous deployment and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) • Keycloak: administration, installation, tuning, configuration • Strong knowledge of security protocols (SAMLv2, OpenIDConnect, OAuth2, WebAuthn, FIDO2), security schemes, and related issues • Proficiency in Grafana and Prometheus observability tools for environment monitoring and supervision. • Proficiency in Java and "Clean Code" principles • Ability to apply Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Agile@Scale) and to effectively use management tools (Jira, Confluence), while respecting ITIL standards for quality and continuity of services • Ability to explain the IAM solution and its protocols in simple terms • General knowledge of application architecture • Ability to configure development and production environments, use version control tools (such as Git) and perform preventive maintenance tasks.Advanced Skills: Proficiency in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools, ability to manage containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and to optimize production processes while monitoring performance.
