Mistral AI is seeking an experienced Software Engineer, Developer Experience to own and evolve our developer workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and secure release processes in Paris. You will collaborate with product engineering to accelerate delivery, maintain scalable infrastructure, and embed security into daily development practices.

The role emphasizes building secure, efficient, and observable systems that enable high developer velocity across a fast-growing startup environment in Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps/Developer Experience/Platform Engineering or similar roles.
• Strong programming in Go and Python and experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with multi-cloud infra, security practices, and observability.

Responsabilités

• Own and optimize the developer experience, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes.
• Collaborate with product engineering to improve code health and velocity.
• Standardize DevOps practices and define security KPIs across teams.
• Lead training on secure coding, threat modeling, and incident response.
• Champion DevSecOps culture and secure workflows.
