Mistral is seeking a senior DevEx/DevOps leader to drive developer productivity across our AI platform stack in Paris. You will balance hands-on contribution with leadership, shaping tooling, infrastructure, and processes to accelerate delivery across AI Studio, Le Chat, and Mistral Vibe.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in DevEx/DevOps, strong scripting and IaC skills, and a track record of leading high-performing teams in tooling or infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevEx, DevOps or related fields.
• Master’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go; IaC experience.
• Experience leading high-performing developer tooling teams.
• Experience with cross-functional product, design and business teams.
• Proven ownership to ship tooling end-to-end.
• Strong CI/CD and cloud infra experience (GitHub Actions, AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsabilités

• Empower your team by removing obstacles and enabling impactful tooling.
• Own roadmap delivery for developer experience improvements incl. CI/CD, build systems.
• Bridge engineering and productivity by defining roadmaps and priorities.
• Hands-on leadership in architecture, coding reviews, and technical decisions.
• Define team processes and rituals for scalable workflows.
• Raise the bar by promoting knowledge sharing and rotating responsibilities.
