Pennylane is seeking a Design System Designer to own tokens, components and patterns across web, mobile and tablet. You’ll partner with engineers and product designers to ensure design–code parity and scalable system growth.

You’ll contribute to accessible, AI‑friendly design documentation, run audits, and help shape Purse’s long‑term design system strategy while delivering high‑value milestones in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building design systems at scale.
• Ability to write clear component documentation for designers, engineers and AI tools.
• Experience ensuring design–code parity with engineering teams.
• Proficiency in accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
• Ability to communicate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain components, patterns, and tokens in Purse, collaborating with engineering for parity across platforms.
• Write and maintain comprehensive component documentation with usage rules, anatomy, variants and accessibility notes.
• Lead audits and turn recurring needs into systemic improvements with the Design System Manager.
