Job summary

The role is task-based with payments agreed before work begins, potentially conducted remotely. Successful candidates will have 3+ years in derivatives documentation and strong legal reasoning, with AI/legal-tech exposure preferred.

Qualifications

At least 3 years handling derivatives documentation, including hands-on ISDA negotiation and related LPAs, CSAs and commercial agreements.
Understand default, termination, close-out netting and collateral provisions.
AI/legal-tech experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Create simulated derivatives and related commercial negotiations.
Analyze ISDA, collateral and associated contract provisions and provide redlines.
Evaluate whether proposed language and interpretations preserve the intended legal and risk structure.
