Uber is seeking a driven intern in Paris to support the onboarding process for delivery partners and merchants. You will verify identities and documents, resolve issues across channels, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Support to ensure smooth launches in a fast-paced, local market.

You will analyze funnel data weekly, identify friction points, and help implement improvements while staying aligned with evolving policies.

Qualificações

• Master's degree program with graduation by summer 2027.
• Full duration internship of 6 months starting 1st February 2027.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including data extraction and analysis.
• Native in French and fluency in English.
• Available for a full-time internship (35h/week, Mon-Fri).
• Open to exploring full-time opportunities with Uber after the internship if a role becomes available.

Responsabilidades

• Navigate onboarding path for delivery partners/merchants from sign-up to first order.
• Review and verify identity and business documents for safety compliance.
• Communicate clearly across channels to resolve merchant/courier questions.
• Analyze funnel data weekly to spot drop-offs and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Support to resolve blockers and launches.
• Identify system bugs affecting ground truth across 11,000+ cities.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and evolving policies while balancing speed and accuracy.
