Kraken is seeking a senior leader to guide the Delivery function as it scales across markets. You will shape the operating model, align resources, and partner with finance and people teams to enable fast, human-centric execution.

This role requires influencing without authority, building repeatable processes, and turning data into actionable insight for senior leadership. You will mobilise people across the organisation to deliver strategic migrations, capacity planning and scalable governance.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience leading operations in fast-scaling tech or transformation.
• Fluent with systems, data and capacity models to inform decisions.
• Proven track record building systems and driving adoption.
• Able to collaborate across People, Finance, Tech and other functions.
