Job summary

Kraken is seeking a senior Data & Analytics Client Delivery Lead to help clients leverage Kraken data and transform their data teams and capabilities. You will train them on Kraken data and support critical reporting and analytics, including hands-on query work where needed.

You’ll also advise on building a high-performing, business-centric data organization and leverage data as a strategic asset to drive ambitious goals in the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent with strong client delivery experience.
• Several years in data analytics, BI, or a related field—analytics manager, lead data analyst, or data consultant.
• Familiarity with modern data practices, tools, and agile collaboration with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients in redefining reporting and analytics using Kraken data; hands-on queries and trainings.
• Advise on building a high-performing data organization and modern tech stack.
• Define and prioritize client data needs to influence the data product roadmap and align with business outcomes.
• Partner with engineering to deliver new data features aligned to client use cases.
• Train Kraken’s client delivery team to help business domains ask effective data questions and drive impact.
