Kraken, a technology leader in the energy transformation, is seeking a dynamic leader to orchestrate a major client program from Paris. You will oversee the technical pillar of the migration, engage senior stakeholders, and drive platform localization to meet client needs as part of a broader business transformation.

You will partner with product and engineering teams, manage internal and external tech teams, and ensure timely, value-driven delivery while promoting Kraken's principles of

Competenze

• Fluent English & French mandatory.
• Experience in engineering-led environments or tech migrations.
• Proven ability to manage long-term, fast-paced programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Lead the technical pillar of a major client program and manage the ongoing technical relationship.
• Define success criteria and governance for platform localization efforts.
• Own the Kraken platform localisation plan to align with client expectations and roadmap.
• Summarise client needs, timelines, and requirements for internal delivery teams.
• Direct Kraken developers and external partners on platform deliverables for timely migration.
• Support the client to meet business needs through technology delivery.
• Understand Kraken infrastructure and align client direction with platform goals.
• Set up training programs to upskill the client's technical arm.
• Advocate Kraken delivery methodologies and drive a shift to value-oriented tech delivery.
