Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to drive RUN operations for critical systems and networks under a managed services contract. You will manage a skilled team of admins and engineers, coordinating schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage and on-call readiness.

You will oversee incident, change, and problem communication, participate in production processes, and lead continuous improvement while ensuring SLA compliance and robust operational reporting for both client and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing infrastructure managed services operations.
• At least 8 years of experience in complex infrastructure environments.
• Ability to manage RUN activities (L3 incidents) and BUILD activities (technical projects) simultaneously.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Rigor, agility, and proactivity.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead RUN operations for systems and networks under a managed services contract.
• Manage a team of systems and network administrators and engineers.
• Manage schedules to ensure 24/7 operations, including on-call coverage.
• Coordinate, oversee, and prioritize activities to be delivered.
• Organize and facilitate technical committees and steering committees.
• Ensure communication regarding incidents, changes, and problems.
• Participate in implementing and applying production processes.
• Lead the continuous improvement plan.
• Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Provide operational reporting to the client and internally.
• Lead complex incidents, problem management, knowledge management, and production releases.
• Ensure Build-to-Run compliance.
• Identify and manage risks.
• Provide support to teams.
• Recommend improvements to infrastructure resilience, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with the client’s IT department and business teams.
