Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead and sustain critical TETRA infrastructure in a complex, cross-functional environment. You will govern projects, manage contracts, and coordinate stakeholders across maintenance, engineering, procurement, and security to ensure service continuity.

Applicants should have a Master’s in Engineering with 10+ years of experience in telecommunications or critical infrastructure, and strong analytical, communication, and risk-management skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex technical projects.
• Experience with telecommunications, networks, industrial systems, or critical infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Lead operations to maintain long-term sustainability of the TETRA infrastructure.
• Manage hardware and software obsolescence.
• Coordinate renewal of equipment and infrastructure.
• Manage industrial contracts and associated services.
• Ensure control of costs, timelines, risks, and quality.
• Lead project governance bodies and provide management reporting.
• Coordinate internal maintenance, operations, engineering, procurement, and security stakeholders.
• Coordinate industrial partners.
• Prepare the technical and financial decisions required to ensure service continuity.
