EasyMile seeks a Delivery Manager to own planning, execution, and team growth for a safety-critical software component in embedded ECU environments. You will lead engineers and tech leads to deliver features with high quality and safety standards while fostering a high-performing team culture.

You will collaborate across disciplines, manage backlogs, and align with cross-component leads to ensure predictable releases in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in project/delivery management within embedded software environments.
• Strong backlog management, resource allocation, release delivery methodologies, and tooling.
• Solid software engineering culture for safety, real-time, security; C language is a key skill.
• Fluency in English and French is required for daily use.

Responsabilités

• Own release planning and track software progress; proactively drive risk mitigation.
• Provide frameworks to measure velocity, quality, and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Ensure seamless hand-over with Integration and Support for each version.
• Synchronize with R&D Manager and peer Delivery Managers for cross-team alignment.
• Plan and refine component backlog and release planning (sprints).
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Architects, IVV Managers to define proposals.
