EasyMile SAS in Toulouse seeks a Delivery Manager to lead the Safety Critical Embedded System software team. EasyMile’s ECU activities span hardware and software across vehicle platforms.

You will own planning, execution, and team growth, guiding engineers and Tech Leads to deliver features on time with safety and quality. Collaborate with Systems, Ops and Support for smooth releases.

Qualifications

• Experience in project/delivery management and leading embedded software teams.
• Backlog management, resource allocation, release delivery methodologies, and tooling experience.
• Safety-critical, real-time software culture with C language.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Own release planning, track progress, mitigate risks and ensure predictable delivery.
• Provide flow metrics and remove roadblocks to improve velocity and quality.
• Coordinate hand-over and post-release support with Integration and Support teams.
• Collaborate with R&D and other Delivery Managers for cross-team alignment.
