Liebherr Machines Bulle SA is seeking a proactive Sales Support specialist to assist Key Account Managers in maintaining customer relationships and coordinating communications with Defense customers. You will gather information and support opportunity management, while monitoring market trends and competitor activity.

You will prepare action plans, reports and commercial documentation, coordinate customer reviews and support bids and quotations. Join a dynamic, family-owned environment in Bulle.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or comparable field.
• Initial experience in sales support, project coordination, account management or similar commercial environment.
• Initial knowledge of the Defense industry or strong interest to develop expertise.
• Organized, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and teamwork with stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented mindset and discretion with confidential information.

Aufgaben

• Support Key Account Managers in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring efficient communication with Defense customers.
• Assist in gathering and consolidating customer information, requirements and business data.
• Contribute to monitoring market developments, customer activities and competitor trends.
• Prepare and maintain customer action plans, reports and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate and prepare customer reviews and strategic meetings.
• Support bid preparation, proposal management and quotation activities.
• Collaborate with management, product sales teams and internal stakeholders to align requirements with capabilities.
• Support commercial reporting and sales performance tracking through data preparation and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Defense, security and regulatory requirements while handling sensitive information.
