Geely Auto France in Île-de-France seeks an experienced Network Development Specialist to lead dealer network strategy in the Levallois-Perret region. You will analyze market dynamics and align with corporate standards to optimize dealer performance.

You will coordinate business plans, ensure BP compliance, and drive CI alignment across the dealer network, while updating guidelines and targets to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in automobile network development and dealer operations.
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry ecosystem and dealer operations.
• Driven to achieve goals; performs well under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Analyze competitors’ network and sales MS in region and craft network strategy.
• Coordinate with the company committee to evaluate dealer business plans and BP compliance.
• Supervise CI consistency within the dealer network per SI and Sales Standard guidelines.
• Update dealer operation guidelines, evaluation processes, and annual operation targets.
• Evaluate dealer organization, sales indicators, processes and performance.
• Develop dealer incentive policy and establish a dealer management early warning mechanism.

Description du poste

• Analyze the competitors’ network and sales MS in region, make the network development strategy.
• Coordinate with the company committee to evaluate the business plan of dealers and ensure the BP process compliance.
• Supervise consistency of Corporate Identity execution in the assigned Dealer Network in line with SI and Sales Standard guidelines.
• Update dealer operation guideline, dealer operation process evaluation and dealers’ annual operation target.
• Conduct dealer organizational evaluation, dealer sales indicator evaluation, sales process evaluation, and dealers operation performance.
• Make dealer incentive policy, and Establish dealer management early warning mechanism.

Qualifications :

1. 1. Work experience : 3 years or above Automobile network development and operation experience（dealer group or car brand company）;
2. 2. Familiar with the automotive industry ecology, familiar with dealer operations;
3. 3. Value motivation: enjoy the sense of achievement under high pressure and pursue the achievement of goals;
