Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics across games analytics, forecasting, and decision support.

You will design predictive models in Python, conduct deep statistical analyses, build player segments, develop NLP pipelines for feedback, and deliver self-service dashboards with Power BI using Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric. Remote-friendly and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying predictive models in Python.
• Strong background in statistics, hypothesis testing, regression, time series.
• Experience with player analytics and live-ops insights is a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain self-service dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Lead predictive modeling initiatives and analytics roadmap.
• Model player behavior through segmentation and clustering.
• Develop NLP pipelines for player feedback and sentiment tracking.
• Leverage Snowflake and Fabric for data analysis, modeling, and delivery.
• Create automated dashboards using Power BI for stakeholders.
