Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics across the portfolio. You will build predictive models, conduct deep analyses, and generate high-impact business insights to support strategic decisions.

The role focuses on in-game behavioral analytics, NLP for player feedback, and reporting via Power BI. Hybrid collaboration with the Editorial & Content Intelligence department in Lyon, France.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science or advanced analytics, ideally in video games or entertainment.
• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Proven track record deploying predictive models or advanced statistics that influenced decisions.
• Experience with in-game data analysis and behavioral player data is a plus.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, and deployment of predictive models using Python and ML frameworks.
• Conduct advanced statistical analyses and time-series/causal inference work.
• Build player segmentation and behavioral analytics models and insights.
• Develop NLP pipelines and sentiment analysis to summarize player feedback at scale.
