Ubisoft Entertainment is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights across a broad portfolio of games. You will lead analytics across UA, monetization, and game teams, shaping data-driven decision-making from soft-launch to live operations.

Reporting to the Technical Director, you will drive a four-pillar program: analytics leadership, data management, team development, and data culture evangelization.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and Python (Mandatory).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) mandatory.
• Strong data-driven storytelling and stakeholder communication.
• Experience as a Data Analyst in video games preferred.
• Excellent English and French communication skills (Mandatory).

Responsabilités

• Lead the data analytics activity and define the roadmap.
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data quality and automate dashboards.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices.
• Foster a data-driven culture across the studio and train teams.
