Socomec is strengthening its Data Center leadership in France's Grand Est to capture AI-driven growth. The role reports to the Market Segment Manager, shaping strategy and aligning offerings across UPS, distribution and protection.

You will analyze market trends, develop value propositions, support launches and engage in international trade shows. Fluent English is required; travel about one week per month. Master’s degree + 3+ years in the field preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in engineering (ideally electrical) or marketing/business with strong technical interest or Data Center experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a comparable industrial environment with ability to present technical offerings to expert stakeholders.
• Marketing skills including market intelligence, offer development and positioning, marketing mix and go-to-market strategy.
• Fluent English in an international professional environment.

• Represent the Data Center ecosystem at international trade shows and events and share market insights.

Driven in particular by the rise of artificial intelligence, the Data Center market is expanding rapidly and critical electrical infrastructure requirements are evolving at pace. In this context, Socomec is strengthening its teams to support its ambitions in this segment.

Working closely with teams and customers, you will be at the heart of the changes shaping the Data Center market. Reporting to the Market Segment Manager, you will identify emerging trends, anticipate customer needs and uncover growth opportunities, helping to shape strategic direction and enhance Socomec’s global Data Center offering.

Responsibilities

• Analyse market trends, market size and share, offer positioning and developments in Data Center technical architectures, particularly those related to the growth of artificial intelligence.
• Capture the voice of the customer from key accounts and share identified needs with Innovation, R&D, Product Managers and the Business Lines to inform roadmaps, identify potential gaps in the offering and contribute to the company’s strategy.
• Build and promote a global Data Center offering by bringing together solutions from the various Business Lines, including UPS, Transfer Switches, electrical distribution and protection, and by developing value propositions, key messages, brochures and presentations.
• Support Key Account Managers and sales teams when launching new offerings and delivering customer presentations.
• Take part in international Data Center trade shows and events, report on trends and build knowledge of the ecosystem and its key players.
• Lead Socomec’s international Data Center community to share projects, best practices and market intelligence, and ensure alignment across the Group.

International travel is required, approximately one week per month.

• At least 3 years’ experience in a comparable industrial environment, with the ability to understand and present a technical offering to expert stakeholders.

• Fluent English in an international professional environment.
