Titanicom Tech Limited is seeking an experienced EHS Expert to support and manage Environmental, Health & Safety operations across data center projects in Europe and the Middle East, including Germany, the UK, Dubai, and France.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of international EHS standards, practical incident response experience, and the ability to build and implement EHS systems in mission-critical environments to ensure regulatory compliance and operational reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of EHS-related experience, or 3+ years in data center EHS environments.
• Strong knowledge of international EHS regulations and standards.
• Hands-on experience in incident response and emergency management.
• Experience developing and implementing EHS management systems in operational environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate EHS implementation and management for regional data center operations across Europe and the Middle East.
• Manage real-time response, coordination, and resolution of EHS incidents with internal teams, emergency services, and stakeholders.
• Conduct comprehensive EHS risk assessments for data center facilities and develop mitigation plans.
• Design, create, and optimize EHS policies, procedures, and documentation to strengthen compliance and reliability.
• Establish cross-functional collaboration to integrate EHS requirements into daily operations.
• Promote safety culture through training and awareness programs.
• Ensure site operations comply with international EHS standards and local regulations.
• Support local teams in handling EHS alerts and incidents while maintaining safety performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of international EHS standards, practical incident response experience, and the ability to build and implement EHS systems in mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate EHS implementation and management for regional data center operations across Europe and the Middle East.
• Manage real-time response, coordination, and resolution of EHS incidents, ensuring effective communication with internal teams, emergency services, and stakeholders.
• Conduct comprehensive EHS risk assessments for data center facilities, identify critical risks, and develop improvement and mitigation plans.
• Design, create, and optimize EHS policies, procedures, and documentation to strengthen operational compliance and system reliability.
• Establish cross-functional collaboration mechanisms to integrate EHS requirements into daily operations.
• Promote safety culture through training, awareness programs, and continuous feedback processes.
• Ensure site operations comply with international EHS standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Support local teams in handling EHS alerts, incidents, and emergency situations while maintaining operational stability and safety performance.

Requirements

• English proficiency is mandatory; Chinese language skills are highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS-related experience, or 3+ years of data center EHS experience.
• Strong understanding of international EHS regulations and standards, including ISO 45001 and local compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience in EHS incident response and emergency management.
• Experience developing and implementing EHS management systems in operational environments.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in mission-critical facilities, data centers, industrial, or infrastructure environments is highly preferred.
