Candidates should have 5+ years in facility or IDC operations, strong incident management experience, and readiness to respond on-site. The position offers exposure to global infrastructure technologies and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facility or IDC operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, low-voltage, or facility systems.
• Experience in mission-critical environments preferred.
• Familiar with incident management, risk control, and emergency response.
• Team management and project coordination experience.
• Willing to support on-site response when incidents occur.

Responsabilités

• Develop and optimize SOP / EOP / MOP operational procedures.

TITANICOM is hiring experienced Facility Experts to support mission-critical infrastructure operations across large-scale international projects.

We are looking for professionals with backgrounds in:

• Battery Manufacturing


• Critical Industrial Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and maintenance of critical infrastructure environments


• Support power, HVAC, low-voltage, and facility systems lifecycle management


• Handle incident response, fault recovery, RCA, and risk analysis


• Develop and optimize SOP / EOP / MOP operational procedures


• Lead emergency management and operational readiness activities


• Coordinate infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and change management


• Drive operational stability, compliance, safety, and efficiency improvements


• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across regions

Requirements:
