Job summary

Marsh, based in Paris/La Défense, is seeking a Data Analyst (m/f) to join an international team. The role focuses on building dashboards, standardizing reporting, and driving data quality across business units.

You will collaborate with colleagues at all levels, contribute to performance culture, and support senior team members through data-driven insights. Hybrid work is offered with in-office days in Paris.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create basic and advanced dashboards using data visualization software to improve user reporting experience
• Assist in standardizing reporting across business units and develop automation where possible
• Provide first-level analyses to managers and colleagues and challenge conclusions
• Provide guidance in interpreting and understanding figures
• Perform data validation and error-checking to resolve data integrity issues with IT
• Support day-to-day management, forecasting and transformations for Business, Finance and Operations

In order to strongly develop performance culture, we will count on you to :

• Create basic and advanced dashboards (target summaries, revenue analyses, process efficiency measurement, etc.) using data visualization software, in order to develop creative design solutions that improve the user reporting experience.
• Assist in efforts to standardize reporting across business units, following established processes and methodology. As far as possible, also develop automation in producing the reports.
• Provide first level of analyses to managers and colleagues, challenge conclusions
• Provide guidance in interpreting and understanding of figures
• Perform detailed error-checking and data validation, in order to identify and resolve potential data integrity and reporting issues (in collaboration with the data owners and the IT department).
• Provide support to Business, Finance, and Operations in order to support day to day management, forecasting, and transformations.
• Develop data culture inside the company and across management.

What you need to have:

• Relevant college/university degree required, or relevant experience within a similar function
• Minimum 3-5 years substantial business experience in performance or data management, data visualization and/or data quality
• Performance oriented mindset
• Excellent stakeholder and change management skills
• Fluent in English, French
