Stoïk is seeking a Marketing Manager - DACH to build and deploy our on‑the‑ground presence across Germany and Austria, while collaborating with local teams and global marketing. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution to grow Stoïk's footprint in the DACH region.

You will drive field activation, tailor global messaging to local markets, and lead LinkedIn content, events, and press relations to boost Stoïk's visibility among brokers, IT partners, and SME leaders.

Qualificações

• At least 4 years in Marketing Management or Content Marketing in a B2B tech environment.
• Proven experience in community management and social media in a B2B context, with LinkedIn focus.
• Ability to adapt global messages to local markets and roll out operationally.
• Fluent German (native or bilingual) plus professional English; Dutch/French a plus.
• Strong writing skills to translate complex cyber/insurance topics into clear content.
• Autonomous, rigorous, results-driven and able to juggle strategy with execution.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive DACH field marketing strategy, influencing brand perception among brokers and SME leaders.
• Collaborate with Country Manager, local leadership, sales teams and event managers to execute local strategy.
• Coordinate with other markets and Global Marketing teams for benchmarking and best practices.
• Lead presence on social media (LinkedIn), craft posts, visuals, and community management.
• Manage local press relations, translate releases, and boost visibility in DACH markets.
• Localize and roll out group marketing assets to fit local needs and ensure adoption.
• Design and run local email campaigns targeting brokers, IT partners, and prospects.
• Produce local content and stories (testimonials, articles) and support events with decks/storylines.
• Establish partnerships with local associations and manage awards applications.
• Measure actions (reach, engagement, leads) and iterate based on results.
