RIOT, a Paris-based cybersecurity awareness platform, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of ~120 Mid-Market customers, balancing retention and expansion and serving as a trusted cybersecurity partner.

You will work with Sales, Product, and Marketing to support expansion, guide customers on best usage, and lead onboarding calls, check-ins, and renewals. Fluency in English and French is required, and you can be based in Paris or relocate.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management within tech.
• Ability to manage high-volume portfolio with retention/expansion targets.
• Bilingual: English and French.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to be based in Paris or relocate.

Responsabilités

• Own the success of a portfolio of ~120 Mid-Market customers with a balanced focus on retention and expansion.
• Drive retention at scale by anticipating risks, preventing churn, and ensuring customers extract value from the product.
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities (upsell and cross-sell) within the portfolio.
• Advise customers on best product usage to unlock additional value as needs evolve.
• Prepare and lead onboarding calls, follow-ups, and business check-ins with a pragmatic, outcome-driven approach.
• Position yourself as a trusted cybersecurity partner with strong product knowledge and customer insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing to support expansion motions and improve customer experience.
• Collect and share customer feedback and expansion signals to influence product evolution and processes.
