Lucca, a HR software platform, seeks a Customer Success professional for SMEs (<250 staff) to drive implementation, adoption, and usage of solutions in France and beyond. You will lead deployments, configurations, trainings, and launches while supporting administrators with complex questions and bug fixes.

Fluency in English (C1) and a passion for digital solutions, curiosity, and client satisfaction are essential; strong communication and team collaboration are expected across borders.

Job Overview

Lucca is an HR software platform. The role is within the Customer Success team dedicated to companies with less than 250 staff. You will assist TPE/PME clients in implementation, adoption, and usage of our solutions in France and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead project deployment and onboarding: kick‑off, audit, configuration, training, testing, and production launch.
• Run client support: assist administrators on configuration, advanced questions, and bug resolution.
• Participate in side‑projects to improve deployment practices and the client journey.
