Pigment, the AI-powered platform for financial planning, is hiring a Customer Marketing Manager in Paris. You will turn customer outcomes into case studies, testimonials, and public stories, working with Sales, CX, and Community teams.

You will nurture strategic customer relationships, identify speaking opportunities, and drive external visibility through PR and analyst channels, leveraging AI tools to scale impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer marketing, case studies, or advocacy content within B2B tech.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong relationship skills and ability to nurture customer advocates over time.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools to scale workflow and storytelling.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop high-fidelity customer case studies, testimonials, and video stories.
• Nurture relationships with strategic customers to earn public storytelling opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, CX, and corporate comms to align customer narratives with business goals.
• Source and invite customer speakers for events and webinars that fit the stage and audience.
• Manage visibility of customer stories across PR, analyst surveys, and review sites.
