Pigment, the AI-powered planning platform, is hiring a Customer Success Manager to secure adoption and business value across Corporate & Enterprise accounts. You will build trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors and set measurable goals and KPIs.

The role is hybrid with 3x weekly office days in Paris; remote work is not available. You will drive ARR, renewals, and expansion while collaborating with product and sales to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role within a software/SaaS company.
• Proven track record managing Corporate & Enterprise accounts at scale.
• Experience with AI customer engagement strategies and automation platforms.
• Strong commercial mindset with ownership of revenue including renewals and expansions.
• Curiosity for new technology adoption and working with best-in-class products.
• Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop clear Success & Value Realisation plans and align stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
• Navigate multiple departments to expand use cases and drive ARR while reducing risk.
• Oversee customer implementations and ensure high platform adoption.
• Deliver compelling presentations and recommendations on best practices.
• Lead Pigment community initiatives through thought leadership and events.
• Collaborate with product team on vision and roadmap to enhance customer value.
• Manage a portfolio of Corporate & Enterprise accounts, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion.
