Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in customer service or technical product support.
• Experience representing company to customers and handling orders/returns.
• Familiarity with inventory management and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to external and internal customers, answer product-related questions, trace lost shipments, interpret and clarify customer orders for the shipping department and connect customers to support.
• May manage web-based ordering or registrations, confer with management regarding customer credits, returns for credit, and write price differentials on mail orders.
• May approve allocation of stock in short supply, special price quotations and bids, pricing allowances, deductions and adjustments.
• May manage inventories at customer facilities using EDI, forecasting, replenishment and inventory systems to maximize service levels.
