Dormont Manufacturing Co in New Caledonia is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates at the front end, manage cashiering, returns, and inventory, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

You will oversee e-commerce support, coordinate with management on pricing, SKUs, and product availability, and drive process improvements in sales and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service or cashier supervisory experience, or four years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum two years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsabilités

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and related staff on front-end and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with cashiering, credit, and close-out procedures.
• Lead inventory management and accuracy store-wide.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Oversee pricing changes and signage for store SKUs.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Coordinate with management on SKUs, pricing, and returns.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust inventory tracking.
• Review shipping/receiving documents for accuracy.
• Audit reports on inventory, returns, and voids.
• Monitor truck logs and store merchandise storage.
• Maintain store signage and TOD-produced pricing.
• Return products to correct locations after returns.
• Stock products per Floor & Decor standards.
• Serve as point of contact for e-commerce team on inventory availability.
• Supervise inventory movement and opening/closing of store.
