The role requires adaptability, comfortable use of smartphones/tablets, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to support store promotions and events.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and drive to achieve store objectives.
• Willingness to continuously learn and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong communication and ability to work with minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment.
• Comfortable with technology including smartphones and tablets.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to move around store areas and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Experience with makeup application and skincare services.
