Floor & Decor in Nouvelle-Calédonie region is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales budgets and deliver an exceptional shopping experience by upholding company guidelines on sales, customer service and staff development.

You will lead retail operations, scheduling, training and performance management, while analyzing P&L and other business reports to optimize merchandising, pricing and in‑stock positions, ensuring safety and brand standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Three to five years retail management experience.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter.
• Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, hiring, and training associates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive, teach and adhere to the P’s of retail (People, Product, Price, Purchasing, Position, Presentation, Promotion and Pro Services).
• Engage customers to provide a quality shopping experience and ensure staff deliver quality service.
• Strategically merchandize following guidelines to optimize merchandising practices.
• Maintain store presentation standards and ensure safety and loss prevention.
• Support the Chief Executive Merchant to enhance seamless customer service.
• Work as KCM or Manager on Duty as required.
• Conduct weekly competitive shops and communicate pricing/inventory issues to senior team.
• Analyze business reports (P&L, CPR, BAT, STPOA, STPRC) to stay best in merchandising and pricing.
• Utilize POS systems to maintain inventory, cycle counts and P&L including shipping/receiving.
