Cohabs, Paris-based community-driven rental brand, is seeking a Customer Experience Intern to help members feel at home across our Paris houses and continuously improve the Cohabs experience.

You will build strong relationships with members from move-in to move-out, coordinate with Maintenance and Operations to solve issues, plan community events, track CSAT and NPS, and champion ongoing improvements while representing Cohabs with warmth and energy.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with diverse people.
• Fluent in French with a good level of English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiar with social media and basic marketing concepts.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with members and be their go-to support across all houses, from move-in onboarding to move-out.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Operations teams to proactively solve issues within our properties and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
• Plan, budget, and organize regular community events and initiatives that drive member engagement and satisfaction.
• Own CSAT and NPS tracking, reporting, and strategy, using member feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather regular feedback from members and work with internal teams to continuously improve the member experience.
• Represent the Cohabs culture on the ground, bringing warmth, fun, and energy to every interaction.
