Cohabs is seeking a Customer Experience Intern to strengthen member relationships and foster a welcoming Paris community. You will support onboarding, collaborate with Maintenance, and drive engagement across Cohabs houses.

Based in Paris, you will handle CSAT/NPS tracking, feedback loops, and initiatives to enhance the member journey with warmth and energy. Starting January 2027, salary is 1,152€ per month.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently graduated in business, marketing, hospitality, real estate or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in French and good English.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Familiar with social media and basic marketing concepts.
• Customer-focused; prior sales/customer service experience is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with members and be their go-to support across all houses, from move-in onboarding to move-out.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Operations teams to proactively solve issues.
• Plan, budget, and organize regular community events and initiatives that drive member engagement and satisfaction.
• Own CSAT and NPS tracking, reporting, and strategy, using member feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather regular feedback from members and work with internal teams to continuously improve the member experience.
• Represent the Cohabs culture on the ground, bringing warmth, fun, and energy to every interaction.
