CMA CGM Group is seeking an internship in Performance & Operations Management to support customer experience activities. You will create materials, assist campaigns, and ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints, while analyzing feedback to drive improvements.

This role offers exposure to marketing, data analysis, and product launches in a dynamic setting. You will gain hands-on experience across customer engagement channels, events, and digital campaigns, contributing to loyalty

Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Customer Experience or related field.
• Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data.
• Familiarity with Canva.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail; curious and proactive.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills; team player.

Responsabilités

• Create and update customer-facing materials (emails, newsletters, guides).
• Assist in planning and executing customer engagement campaigns.
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Support development of promotional and educational materials.
• Help map and improve the customer journey through communication opportunities.
• Collect, organize, and analyze customer feedback from surveys and other channels.
• Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and engagement metrics.
• Support initiatives to improve customer loyalty and retention.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Product).
• Organize customer events, webinars, or product launches.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
