Job summary

Cycle & Carriage Malaysia Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a front-line customer service associate to assign customers to available executives, answer telephone enquiries, and assist in CSI and CRM activities.

The role requires a Diploma or Certificate, fresh graduates are encouraged, and a pleasant, communicative personality with good interpersonal skills. English proficiency is essential, and rotating weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in any discipline preferably in Hospitality / Hotel Management or similar disciplines.
• Fresh graduates, are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to converse in English.
• Candidates MUST be able to work on rotated weekends including Public Holiday - Shifts may start as early as 8.00am and end as late as 7.00pm (depending on assigned shifts)

Job Requirement:
