Weis Markets is seeking an Associate to greet customers, process transactions, and ensure accurate order fulfillment at our store. You will operate the front-end registers and scanners, assist customers by phone, and uphold sanitation and safety standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED (or in progress) with no prior experience required. Minor duties may include assisting in other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed or in progress.
• No prior experience required.
• Follow policies for tobacco/alcohol sale as required.

Responsabilités

• Smile and greet customers and resolve questions in a polite, professional manner.
• Identify and fulfill customer orders promptly to ensure accuracy and freshness.
• Operate front end scanner and register; bag merchandise efficiently.
• Contact customers by phone to address questions or concerns.
• Operate checkout devices to ensure accurate transactions and proper payments.
• Maintain knowledge of weekly ads, promotions and store layout to answer questions.
• Maintain sanitation and comply with health and OSHA requirements.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
