7-Eleven & Exxon in Frederick, MD is seeking a store associate to ensure an exceptional customer experience on every visit. You will assist management and complete daily store tasks across merchandising, food service, cleaning, and cash handling.

The role requires greeting customers, operating the register, and supporting shift operations with teamwork and integrity in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Prior cashier experience.
• Ability to work with team and management.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis.
• Operate Cash Register according to PMG standards surrounding cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork.
• Execute Daily Store Tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency (Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking; Food Service; Cooler Merchandising; Vendor Check-Ins).
• Communicate daily issues and challenges with Management.
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed.
• Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect.
• Support Management in other tasks and assignments on an ongoing basis.
