Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate to join our retail team. You will engage customers, help them locate and load merchandise, and respond to inquiries with accurate information about stock, orders, warranties, and pricing.

You will support front-end operations, process transactions, manage cash, and assist with safety and store upkeep. Prior cashier experience and basic computer knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimal experience with computers and common retail technology.
• 1 year of retail cashier experience.
• Ability to obtain any required sales licensure or registration.

Responsabilités

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe’s policies.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise.
• Respond promptly to questions and guide customers through projects.
• Communicate stock, special orders, and warranty information to customers.
• Coach and train associates; support front-end operations.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and refunds at the register.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation.
• Inspect returned merchandise for damages and verify pricing.
