Family Dollar in Louin, MS is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, manage cash securely, stock shelves, and help unload merchandise.

You will keep the store clean and safe, follow instructions, and work well with teammates and leaders. The role is part-time with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
