Weis Markets is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to greet customers, answer questions, and resolve concerns in a friendly and professional manner. You will operate checkout equipment, process payments, and ensure accurate transactions while adhering to store policies and safety guidelines.

The role requires no prior experience beyond a high school diploma or GED and offers opportunities to work within a team-driven, customer-focused environment at our location in Gap.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience completed or working towards a High School Diploma or GED.
• No prior experience required.

Responsabilités

• Greets customers and answers questions in a polite and professional manner.
• Operates front end scanning equipment and cash register; bagging and ring-up of items.
• Ensures accurate transaction processing and proper payment handling including cash, checks, electronic payments and coupons; follows cash-handling procedures.
• Maintains knowledge of weekly ads and promotions to answer questions.
• Performs general sanitation and keeps the department clean per health and OSHA guidelines.
• Cooperates with coworkers and supervisors to ensure smooth department and store operations.
• Assists in other departments as needed and adheres to PPE policies.
