KAROS in Paris is seeking talented individuals to join our international User Support Team. You’ll be on the front line, turning user interactions into trust and satisfaction while working with AI tools to handle routine requests.

The role requires fluency in French and English, with German or Spanish as a strong asset. Expect a hybrid schedule with remote options and opportunities to contribute to our expanding international footprint.

Qualifications

Job description

Karos is looking for talented individuals whose professional and personal skills will strengthen our international User Support Team. You’ll be on the front line, making our Karos community even happier, working closely with the Support Manager.

We’ve won the Île-de-France Mobilités tender, France’s largest region by trip volume, and Karos has just announced the acquisition of Daily. Thanks to these two milestones, Karos is on track to become the largest carpooling service in Europe, with a clear ambition to grow internationally. Joining our team today means being part of this major project and supporting a rapidly growing community, in France and abroad.

Your missions

• You’ll turn every user interaction into a moment of trust and lasting satisfaction.

• You’ll use automation and AI tools to handle common requests more efficiently, and focus your energy on the interactions that truly need a human touch.

• You’ll anticipate and elevate carpoolers’ needs to continuously improve the experience and help drive usage across every country where Karos operates, helping build this new international scope.

• You’ll propose and track new success indicators to make Support more efficient and better adapted.

• You’ll contribute to the team’s collective goals and dynamic, in an environment where every user journey matters.

Good to know: the team covers a schedule from Monday to Saturday, 7am to 8:30pm, with shifts shared across the team (morning, evening, rotating Saturday).
