Free2move recherche un(e) Responsable Opérations Flotte à Paris pour piloter le cycle de vie des véhicules dans la location et la mobilité.

Vous coordonnez la maintenance, suivez les indicateurs financiers et gérez les réclamations clients et les arbitrages d’assurance. Vous contribuez au renouvellement de la flotte et identifiez les goulots d’étranglement pour optimiser les processus.

Vous collaborez avec des équipes internationales et utilisez Google Suite et des dashboards pour suivre les KPI.

Qualifikationen

• Diplôme technique BAC+2/BAC+3 minimum.
• Passion et connaissance du secteur automobile.
• Expérience dans le marché après-vente automobile.
• Bonus: expérience en location courte/longue durée.

Aufgaben

• Coordonner et superviser la maintenance véhicule, campagnes de rappel et suivis quotidiens.
• Soutenir le suivi du tracking, récupération et réallocation de flotte.
• Assister le Reconditioning Manager sur site lors des opérations de dé-fleeting.
• Surveiller kilométrage et indicateurs économiques pour aligner la flotte sur les objectifs.
• Gérer l’évaluation des dommages clients et les contestations post-assurance.
• Suivre les KPI opérationnels via des dashboards.
• Contribuer au renouvellement de la flotte et proposer des améliorations.
• Identifier les goulets d’étranglement et optimiser les processus.

Working directly alongside the Fleet Manager, you will play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of our vehicles in the rental and mobility sector. From maintenance tracking and dispute analysis to on-site defleeting operations, you will gain hands-on experience across every dimension of modern fleet management.

Your mission & key responsibilities ?

• Fleet Operations & Maintenance:

  • Coordinate and supervise vehicle maintenance, recall campaigns, and daily follow-ups across garages, dealerships, and storage sites.

  • Support vehicle tracking, recovery, and fleet reallocation processes.

  • Assist the Reconditioning Manager on-site during defleeting operations.

• Financial & Economic Guidelines:

  • Monitor vehicle mileage and economic indicators to keep fleet performance aligned with financial targets.

  • Handle customer damage assessment, manage post-insurance disputes, and ensure accurate re-invoicing.

  • Track operational KPIs using dedicated dashboards (maintenance lead times, logistics, FRE, etc.).

• Fleet Strategy & Renewal:

  • Contribute actively to fleet renewal decisions, including vehicle ordering and remarketing strategies.

  • Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements.

Your profil :?

• Qualifications & Experience:

  • Technical degree (BAC +2 / BAC +3).

  • Deep passion for and knowledge of the automotive industry.

  • Previous experience in the automotive aftersales market.

  • Bonus: Prior experience in car rental or short/long-term lease operations.

• Skills & Mindset:

  • Languages: Professional fluency in both French and English (written & spoken).

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs) and dashboard monitoring.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Hands-on, pragmatic problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
    • High personal accountability, autonomy, and strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
