Job summary

Partner in Pet Food NL, the French and Iberia subsidiary, seeks a Customer Account Specialist to join an international team in Paris. You will manage orders end-to-end, coordinate with internal teams, handle inquiries, and drive improvements in service levels and efficiency.

You will work in a hybrid setup with a focus on accuracy, data quality, and proactive customer service across ERP-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience in business/admin, supply chain or related field, 2–4 years.
• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical, organized, proactive with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery end-to-end.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, planning and IT to resolve issues.
• Primary contact for customers on daily order management and inquiries.
• Handle complaints with timely follow-up and resolution tracking.
• Support onboarding of new customers, including master data and EDI topics.
• Prepare regular customer reports on order status and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve service levels and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate customer communications and master data.

Customer Account Specialist – French speaking

The French and Iberia subsidiary of PPF, founded in 2019, is experiencing a dynamic phase of expansion. Under the leadership of Stéphane Le Tellier, it primarily markets private label products to our partner clients. Its turnover reached 43 millions in 2025.

We are looking for a Customer Account Specialist, who would like to be part of our international team.

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through delivery, ensuring smooth end-to-end order processing.
• Monitor order progress and proactively coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, planning and IT, to resolve delivery, product-related or system integration issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding daily order management, operational topics, reports, quality complaints, financial disputes, returns and general inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints by ensuring timely communication, proper follow-up and resolution tracking.
• Support the onboarding of new customers, including master data creation and maintenance, as well as collaboration on EDI integration topics.
• Prepare and analyze regular customer reports related to order status, performance KPIs, stock levels and other operational indicators.
• Identify opportunities to improve service levels, operational efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.
• Investigate KPI deviations, perform root cause analyses and support the development of corrective action plans.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customer contacts and internal stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of customer meetings and supplier performance reviews.
• Ensure that customer communications, documentation and master data are accurately maintained in line with company procedures and work instructions.

You are the right fit, if you have

• University degree or gained an equal level by experience (2-4 years) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on mindset with a focus on getting things done efficiently
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to take ownership from problem identification to implementation
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills; customer-focused with strong problem-solving, planning, and prioritization skills
• A collaborative team player who is proactive and capable of building and maintaining relationships both within the team and with external stakeholders
• Able to work independently and effectively in a multicultural, service-oriented environment
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or order management in B2B or FMCG is an advantage
