Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist in Montpellier to join our international team. You will be the frontline contact for customers across orders, accounts, products, and services, delivering professional, friendly support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing professional and personalized assistance across a wide range of topics, including orders, accounts, products, services, and general inquiries.

You will communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and digital platforms, identifying their needs, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the entire support process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate, and relevant information.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns professionally and effectively.
• Guide customers through relevant processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback to support continuous process and service improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures through regular training.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portugueseresidency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
