GAIA RESTAURANTS is looking for passionate kitchen professionals to join Gaia St Tropez for the summer season of 2026. Located in St. Tropez, we offer a vibrant Mediterranean dining experience.

The ideal candidates should possess an EU passport or work authorization, and have experience in high-volume restaurants. We offer a competitive seasonal salary, accommodation assistance, and a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• EU passport or valid EU work authorization is mandatory.
• Previous experience in high-volume or upscale restaurants is required.
• Good level of English; French or Italian is a plus.

Gaia St Tropez is seeking passionate and experienced kitchen professionals to join our team for the 2026 summer season in St. Tropez. We are building a dynamic brigade to deliver exceptional Mediterranean dining in a high-energy, luxury environment.

Juin 2026 – September 2026

Requirements:

• EU passport or valid EU work authorization (mandatory)
