Praxy AI in Paris seeks a visionary Chief Technology & Product Officer to lead our technical strategy and product development for AI-powered healthcare solutions, collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance medical relevance and accuracy of hybrid ASR-LLM systems.

You will manage a 10+ engineer team, drive on-premise infrastructure, and own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch for APIs, chatbots, callbots, and medical software.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of progressive experience in AI/ML with a focus on LLMs and hybrid ASR-LLM systems.
• Proven track record in leading technical teams and delivering AI projects in self-hosted environments.
• Experience in product strategy, development, and healthcare or regulated industries.

Responsabilités

Weare seeking a visionary Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) to leadour technical and product strategy from our Paris headquarters, working hand-in-handwith healthcare professionals (HCPs) to improve medical relevance and accuracy.

Job Description

We are looking for anexceptional Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO or CPO) to join ourleadership team in Paris. This role is pivotal in shaping Praxy AI’s technicalvision, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful execution of ourAI-powered healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deepunderstanding of AI/ML technologies, a proven track record in managinghigh-performing technical teams, and a passion for transforming healthcarethrough cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership & Innovation

• Define and execute the technical roadmap forPraxy AI’s products, focusing on hybrid ASR-LLM models, speechrecognition, and AI agent systems.
• Lead the development and optimization of speech-to-textAPIs, AI chatbots/callbots, and medical practice software, ensuring theysurpass industry benchmarks in accuracy, scalability, and performance.
• Drive self-hosted infrastructure strategies tomaintain data sovereignty, security, and operational excellence.
• Work hand-in-hand with healthcare professionals(HCPs) to refine models and ensure medical relevance and accuracy.
• Prioritize and accelerate the industrializationof on-premise dictation solutions, callbots, multi-industry speech-to-textAPIs, and the commercialization of medical practice software inSwitzerland.
• Manage and mentor a technical team of 10+engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, andexcellence.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams(product, clinical, and business) to align technical development withbusiness objectives and customer needs.
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, andprofessional development of technical talent.
• Drive the product vision and strategy, ensuringalignment with market needs and technological advancements across our keygeographies.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, fromideation and development to launch and iteration, with a focus on speech-to-textAPIs, chatbots, callbots, and medical practice software.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals,software editors, and stakeholders to refine product features and ensureclinical and commercial relevance.

4. Systems & Infrastructure Management

• Oversee the architecture and management of PraxyAI’s information systems and self-hosted infrastructure, ensuringrobustness, security, and scalability.
• Implement best practices for data governance,model training, and deployment pipelines.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Experience: 7–12 years of progressive experiencein AI/ML, with a focus on LLM training, speech recognition, hybrid ASR-LLMsystems, and AI agent development.
• Leadership: Proven track record in managingtechnical teams and delivering complex AI projects in a self-hostedenvironment.
• Product Management: Experience in productstrategy, development, and commercialization, preferably in healthcare orregulated industries.

Technical Skills

• Machine Learning: Expertise in training andfine-tuning ML models, particularly transformers architectures and LLMs.
• Development Tools: Proficiency with GitHub, CI/CDpipelines, Docker, automated testing, MLflow, and LangChain.
• Infrastructure: Experience with self-hostedenvironments, cloud/on-premise infrastructure, and scalable systemarchitectures.
• Speech & NLP: Deep knowledge of speechrecognition systems, NLP, and AI agent architectures.

Soft Skills

• Exceptional leadership, communication, andinterpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovativeenvironment and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach toproblem-solving and execution.

Languages

• Fluency in English is mandatory. French is astrong plus.

Compensation

• Salary: €90,000–€110,000 annually, commensuratewith experience.
• Equity: €500,000 in stock options over 3 years.
