Freedom Digital Bank France is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer to define and lead the technology strategy of the bank in France. The CTO will oversee architecture, security, data governance and IT operations, ensuring a secure and resilient digital banking platform.

As a founding executive team member, the CTO will support regulatory authorisation, launch, and ongoing compliance with FR/EU requirements, working with the group’s technology organisation to deliver scalable digital

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology leadership in digital banking or fintech.
• CTO/CIO or senior tech leadership experience.
• Strong cloud, cybersecurity and API knowledge for financials.
• Experience with regulatory requirements in France/EU.
• Fluency in French and English (professional).
• Experience supporting regulatory authorisation and audits is a plus.

• Ensure availability, performance and security of digital banking platforms.

• Oversee cybersecurity, information security and technology risk management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for tech in financial services in FR/EU.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement across the bank.
